"Do not need this again"

When arriving, the apartment was about to be cleaned, yet the prior guest must have had a dog and it smelled terribly and there was still plenty of dog hair all over the carpet. After complaining and various back and forths, I got a different room in the same property. There, the matrace was not clean, and the linnen could use a replacment. I was further told that I would receive a refund given that the new apartment was smaller, but I have not seen this yet. Quite bad experience overall.
