Very friendly host to help us out with cruises and any other questions. Great apartment & location

We enjoyed the convenient location as it was close to food and the port for Halong cruise pick up. The amenities were good and the owner was very hospitable and accomodating.

The a/c did not work as well we expected but it was okay.

Great location. Apartment is clean and also very near to the Harbour. Amenities just around the corner.

Really good and clean apartment. Really well equipped with washing machine, utensils to cook etc. Situated in a beautiful location along Ha Long Bay. Offers great views of the surrounding being on the 11th floor. The owner Angela was very helpful and provided us extra items like detergent powder when we needed it urgently even when they were not part of our original booking.

the sea view is nice, the environment is cozy and quiet. the. the staff is friendly and helpful. the price is very cheap.

the location is not so near to the center and port. we need to call a taxi to go to the nearest attraction place.

The location is good and they have kept it clean mostly. It's great value for money and a good deal at this price but we ended up spending a lot of money on cabs as there's no transport available nearby. The view is good

The dishes were very dirty and we had to wash them before and after using them. No place to keep your toiletries in the shower area. We had to pick them up from the floor every time. And the lady checked or would rather say, 'investigated' the whole apartment while we were still getting ready on the day of our check out. This was a bit strange for us.
