The keys in the lock box was very low down.

The property is defnitly not for 10 people. The stairs to the beds on the top is impossible to climb for older people like me and my family and is dangerous. The indoor braai is not n braai. The two rooms together is not for 4 adults but rather for 2 adults with 2 children. I booked the house for 10 adults We paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night because of sleeping space (no one was prepared to climb the steps to dangerous) we rented another house for the family.

It is near the beach.

The place neats attention. Some lights, iron and door knobs not working. Key of one outside bedroom door missing and the spaces for glasses and jugs not clean. The pans must be replaces by now. Surroundings like washingslines are disgusting.

The ease of communications and expectations before arrival - the regular touch points with the host to confirm everything was ok and the flexibility with bringing extra towels etc. including dog bowls that are available and a chair that could be used in the shower for someone that had injured themselves and unable to stand for long periods of time

nothing springs to mind - we received comms well in advance advising what was available in the property and what we needed to bring with. I found the emergency after hours contact number reassuring as well as readily available - quick to respond to any requests we had.

The location is excellent

The place wasn't nice and clean, and when issue was addressed, the staff did not handle it well.

Location is fantastic, so close to the most amazing beach. Feel safer being in a security complex.

Beautiful spacious calm house in a wonderful safe setting with a short and direct walk on private access to the most stunning beach where we could walk quite literally for 24km or more.
