The 1108 sapphire Ha Long

The apartment was spacious and in a good location. The staff were very accommodating when we arrived late, and check in was smooth.

Unfortunately the apartment was not as advertised. The kitchen does not have adequate facilities to cook, and there was no washing machine, although it stated there was one. We were also only given 4 towels for 2 people, and we had to wait a while after asking for 2 more.

I think the spa area closed down. Although there is an indoor swimming pool and a sauna available
