Rookgeur in het hele appartement vanwege de houtgestookte hottub. We hadden 6 nachten geboekt, na 1 nacht vertrokken ivm deze sterke stank.

Location was good

Hot tub is wood fired and takes a bit of time to warm up once you have got the ‘fire’ going

I liked the location and the room it self.

There was no hot water and that was inportatnt for us.

We met the owner in Onrus, 10 min before Hermanus, to collect the keys on our way from Cape Town. She gave us tips on shops and restaurants in the area. The place was beautiful and cosy. It had everything we needed. Very clean. It is directly opposite the sea, so we went for a walk every morning. It is the perfect distance from the Waterfront - close enough to walk but far enough not to be disturbed.

I would have appreciated more coffee pods. I regretted not bringing more myself. I would also have appreciated more wood or a bigger bag of wood as the one bag provided was not enough for the hot tub or for a braai. We needed to buy more either way.

Cushions on bed not very comfortable.

Close to center. Cute small tucked away apartment right by the ocean. Amazing fireplace hot tub. Perfect little get away
