A acomodação é extremamente ampla, muito confortável e impecavelmente limpa, além de contar com uma decoração bonita e acolhedora que deixou a experiência ainda mais agradável. Também fomos muito bem recebidos na chegada, com um atendimento educado e cordial, o que fez toda a diferença. A localização é ótima e bastante conveniente para aproveitar a região com praticidade. Gostamos muito da hospedagem e com certeza recomendaríamos para quem busca conforto, espaço e uma excelente experiência em Mossel Bay.

We traveled for 4hrs from Gqeberha to Mosselbay, but unable to enter the accommodation, we phoned the owner several times on the contact number provided on the confirmation letter 'no reply, Eventually we phoned customercare helpline, we waited almost 5hrs, phoning the customer helpline at 3 occasions holding on for 46 min, again for 24min and a third time they also asked us to hold on indefinitely, all that calls from my mobile phone, so I dropped the last call and started to search for other accommodation as the first consultant (Isla) advise. We eventually got helped around 23h00 I was very upset roaming around in the unsafe streets that time of the night for pensioners is unexceptableThe customer consultant eventually cancelled the booking, advised us to book an upgraded accommodation they will refund us in full, whatever we paid for the 2 days and they apologize for the inconvenience. Can u please advise, where must I emailed the paid invoice to for my refund.

Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Ich glaube, dass das eine die besten Unterkünfte ist in der ich jemals war. Es ist super geräumig.In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Das Bad ist riesengroß. Ich will sofort wieder hin! Vielen Dank an die Besitzer und das Team!

The place is beautiful, spacious and well equipped

The owner had the geyser on a timer and we had to contact him to switch the geyser on as the water was cold in the morning There was only 1 blanket for the main room which was a bit inconvenient

Beyond expectations. Couldn’t have asked for more. Location, space, facilities and round the clock support much appreciated. Had a pleasant stay.
