Place was clean and host was very friendly.

Communication with the host/owner was extremely bad. They advertise the booking system on booking. com wrongly not disclaimeimg that you are only paying for a room and if you want another room in the apartment unlocked you need to pay them additionally privately. They do not take in consideration of their guest. When we reported this to booking. com they tried to come in contact with the property but the owner never responded to any of their enquiries. Ignoring them just like she ignored us.

The place is quite and clean , WiFi working perfect, and the owner was very generous and friendly

If she can just change the mat in the main bedroom and have a welcoming beverage s like those smalll sachet of sugar, coffee all that stuff 4

Ensuite toilet needs fixing,water running constantly. Living Room set up not TV view friendly.

Dealing with this owner was not pleasant. Upon arrival we discovered the accommodation was not suitable as it is on a 2nd floor and I have back and hip problems. Upon asking for refund I was told to contact Booking.com who subsequently told me to contact the owner. I have asked the owner for a refund and she said no. Her ad states that there is no cancellation fee. I have to now go to the expense of taking her to small claims court. This alone is going to cause me pain and suffering. Would not recommend dealing with this owner.
