the ease of getting into the property was fine, the property was decorated beautifully, though it was uncomfortably cold. I actually thought there might be a broken A/C unit running due to how cold it was inside v. outside.

the host was unreasonably inconsiderate. I missed a flight (not my fault) and communicated as soon as I realized I wouldn't be checking in until the following day. I stated that I understood his no refunds policy, but asked if I could take the two nights I'd paid for, and use them the following week. I own two properties and allow this sort of flexibility when someone has a travel issue beyond their control. He left my messages on read and was super unhelpful, very short and inconsiderate.

The shower can flood

Apart from the water in the bathroom after bathing that many people are complaining about, the place is a home away from home. It’s safe, clean, and has all the items that you would need: utensils, kitchenware, washing machine, separate kitchen, seating room and bathroom, it’s beautiful.

Please find a way to fix the water situation.

Amazing location and no complaints. Wonderful stay.

We loved the complex, the security, the spaciousness of the apartment, #110, up one flight of stairs. Light and airy, you can't beat high ceilings. The kitchen had full size appliances, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, however no where to put toiletries for two people, and no luggage racks in the bedroom Happy to have had a washer, but detergent would have been a bonus, travelers don't carry these things. It was nice having coffee, tea sugar and a kettle. And it's a great location. Other than some plumbing issues, we had a good stay here.

Suggestions to make it even better for travelers. But shouldn't be considered a deal breaker. Simply an awareness, especially for the price. I have made the owner aware of this. Shower gets all over the floor. And with the water pressure being so strong. That's a lot of water. The tub is deep. For us it was challenging to step out with nothing to hold on too. The living room is a bit stark. And could use another side table. Instructions for the TV. A luggage rack in the bedroom. Obviously the shower. Paper towels and washing machine soap. All minor things. It gets warm at night, there's no AC. It's pleasant in the daytime with the windows open, but we close them at night because of mosquitos. But it's not unbearable.
