Very clean apartment and big, clean comfortable bed. Shower was perfect. Quiet area and other guests did not bother us. Milk in the fridge was a nice surprise. Loadshedding lamps were adequate.

Nothing. Perhaps add rooibos tea as an option.

Place was clean. Had nice soaps.

Booked with aircon (paying a premium over other properties without a/c) owners told us they disabled the aircon taking away the remote controls as they only want the aircon used during the very hot months. We felt cheated and do not find this OK. The owners took no steps to fix the issue when we contacted them. Location was more away from the center next to what looked like a disused industrial building and did not feel safe to us. The ceiling downstairs is quite low, about 220cm height, and this felt claustrophobic. It looked to us that the interior decor/fittings were rather poor quality and it showed. The harsh cold white light everywhere meant the place did not feel in any way cosy.
