3 Oaklands on the Knoll

Beautiful view of the lagoon and the well equipped kitchen was awesome. Bedding and beds were perfect. Overall very clean. The location was also very central.The biscuits and few sachets coffee was a nice thought.

The bathroom toilet had a foul smell. Mould was also in the shower as well as main bedroom. The water stain of a geyser previously bursting was a bit off putting. The water pressure of the shower was terrible. The photo of the splash pool was deceiving as it was in the estate and not at the unit, as we initially thought Upon asking how to enter the splash pool, the manager would have come back to us regarding the code but never did. Although we loved the unit, I do not appreciate advertising things and then not delivering. The dstv channels were unaccessible as the manager of the property informed us that he had not yet tuned in the new tv. Also be aware that the manager is not your typical host: very talkative which is a bit of a nuisance when your'ree trying to make the best if your time. Also supplying dishwasher tablets and hand soap would make it more convenient.

The View is very nice. The unit is modern. Beds sleep well. Kitchen got what it needs. Good WiFi.9

Advertise 2 bathrooms but got only one and everyone had to share. The second toilet is just a guest toilet. Bathroom door handle were broken from the inside and we had to call somebody to open evertime when use. Cleaning of the kitchen and Patio was not good. It was raining on the second evening and there were no gas in the gasheater.

Very clean. Comfortable and roomy. Very secure. Gated complex. Ideal location

Tony was so friendly. We arrived quite late but he was very accomodating. Explained everything to us step-by-step. Accommodation is beautiful and looks just like the pics on booking.com.
