"Beautiful trip all in all"

The ocean view. The aesthetic of the place very modern and yet beautiful.

The dishwasher wasn’t working. The WiFi was a problem here and there.

I was cancelled in the last minutes only to be told that they booked someone else

The person called to me to cancel my bookings 10 minutes before the check in time. And they didn't care about where i will go. Even now i am still awaiting my refund

The house i beautiful luxury, location near amends

Staff communication is very bad I made a phone call then get back to me with whatsapp call, keys collection they said collect at the garage when you there they say sorry go to somewhere else, we didn't have water whole day when you ask they don't know n spend 5 hours to address the issue they said there still asking the municipality. In all communication 👎, after I checked in they said they don't see my booking🤷‍♀️ at 2pm they were start cleaning for our room we even go for shopping because the aunt is busy now, bedding was dirty yoooh it too much
