Nice, new and very functional unit with everything you need. Impeccably clean. Host is wonderful. Close to the beach.

THIS IS NOT an accomodation with rating 9. BE CAREFUL in Vietnam when reading reviews, there seem to be fake reviews alll over the place in Booking and Google, for accommodation and restaurants. We've seen this often. Location was very good, close to the sea. The apartment with balcony was spacious and renovated recently. The washing machine was working well and we used it. It's cheap and with comfortable interior.

I took the apartment with balcony. The description mentioned seaview, but there was NO SEAVIEW at all. Not sure if you can have a seaview in any apartment in that alley. It's in a small alley where cars cannot enter and the entrance doors are open 24x7 without anyone around. It kind of a family managed property and in the basement entry there was one person cooking next to the entrance door. The alley was illuminated during the evening

Location was perfect - in a quiet lane and walkable to My Khe beach with many good restaurants, convenience shops and well-rated massages around. Host was friendly and helpful. Room was basic but comfortable, spacious and clean. I like that there was a washing machine in the toilet and the fridge was above average in size. Easy to call for Grab on the main street. Wonderful value for money.

It would be nice to clean the room once in a while, and provide fresh towels regularly, as I was there for a week. Some families cooked in their rooms so you will probably get the smell in the naturally ventilated toilet. But one can't ask for too much given the affordable price.

The apartments are nice enough and the owner is super nice

The building is very poorly built and every sound reverberates. The only nights I got decent sleep are when the apartment above was empty. Also the window faces a wall, led than 1 metre away
