The apartment was very nice and modern.

Finding the apartment was a Huge hassle and very complicated. It got frustrating at some point and the host was not very friendly when we called to ask for proper directions and assistance he sounded very annoyed. The pin to enter the apartment that was given to us by the host was incorrect and when we called him again to let him know we couldn’t access the key in the safe he still wasn’t very helpful and insisted he sent me the correct code only when I sent him the screenshot of what he sent did he accept his mistake and gave us the correct code.

I think when I booked my expectation about Villa was that the property is facing Lagoon. Secondly I was expecting to get soap or body wash in the bathroom. There was no toilet freshener had to use my body spray

"The Host failed the Basics of Hospitality"

We liked the communal areas like the pool area, gym, game room.

We didnt ike the apartment we were hosted in. The host failed the basics of hospitality in welcoming us and making a comfortable stay.
