TWO Prefab Living - Luxury bungalows

My boyfriend, who works in construction, really loved the concept of these properties and is very interested in building something similar himself. Overall, we truly loved the unit. It’s a beautiful property, and we especially appreciated that there are only two units, which offers a great sense of privacy. The space is also perfect for our little dog, which is a big plus for us. That said, we did notice a few elements that may not be fully up to code. Aside from that, the unit has been finished beautifully and is very well presented.

It was honestly quite difficult to fault this lovely little place, as we really did enjoy it overall. However, there were a few aspects that we felt could have been better thought through. The hot tub areas are a great idea, but the layout doesn’t feel entirely practical. In Unit 1 specifically, some elements felt a bit outdated and could benefit from an upgrade. The bed was also quite firm and unfortunately not very comfortable. While the unit is beautifully designed and we loved the concept, we did experience some issues with insulation, particularly with the roof, which didn’t seem to be properly considered. The shower also felt unstable underfoot, almost as if it was slightly sinking when in use. Overall, we truly love the idea and design of the property, but it does feel like there may have been a few shortcuts taken during construction, which takes away from the level of luxury it presents.

Raffiq was very helpful and patient with us as we arrived later than our initial check in time. The place also looks exactly like the pictures, and is located right in the centre of the town which makes it easy for walking around. The electric blankets and heated mat were a huge plus as it was extremely cold at night.

The place seems like it needs a lot more maintenance and effort in the smaller things. Two of the white pillows were yellow and discolored from a lot of usage in the past I would assume; The bathroom door had mould on the bottom half probably because of the bad ventilation; Two of the mugs were extremely dirty and old so we could only keep using the other two; No iron; The outside seating area was dirty and unusable, it looked like it hadn’t been swept and dusted in months; The drainage in the shower wasn’t the best so water would start gathering on the floor depending on the pressure of the water coming out of the shower head.

There was no one available for check in and had to get a new accommodation

Their room was beautiful, bed was comfortable , the staff got the hot tub ready and the fire place in side of the place

The game's they provided we didn't understand, we couldn't use the hot tub due to rain, and the electricity went out just after we left to go eat out and when we got back electricity was out the entire night and still the next morning, paid extra for wood for the hot tub, as they say it needs about 4-6 bags of wood to get the water hot and they only provide with one bag, we couldn't shower because off the electricity was out and no water pressure
