"Bad. Not worth my money"

Firstly I’m very disappointed because the hot tub was not working. The microwave was so dirty and smelt. The fire place vents were stuck. The bathroom door did not close. I did call 083 800 2566 , he did apologize and say I should email regarding a refund or part refund because that’s the main reasons we booked this accommodation and the hot tub doesn’t work.
