The security was not nice to us their were favouring other guests We were told we had to pay to braai the house wasn't cleaned

Very to make breakfast and there's a lot of shops near me

Everything is excellent

We were coming from far and was running late due to traffic and Gugu waited for us with a smile and friendliness And to see there was coffee caus we were so tired made it so much better Thank-you

Just maybe change the curtains, there was a very bright light that shined into my bedroom and kept me up.

Everything was just good I enjoyed

The security assisted in retrieving the key, The key box needed some wiggling to open the main door needs to be fixed we struggled to open the main door

The place was not clean, neat yes but clean no, we had to clean the house and apartment before using anything. There were cockroaches. The drawers were filthy. The shower leaks out of the passage when someone is showering, the washer door was broken. The kettle is broken and we had to switch it off manually, The stove also needs to be changed, two of the stove plates did not work and the knobs are mixed up so one has to figure out which knob actually works. the knobs on the left controlled the plates on the right. there was a cooler box with rotten water or whatever was in the cooler box it smelled like an old yeast mixture. The bedroom did not have power outlets which made it difficult to work or charge our devices
