The environment is ok

-Shower was not clean. The walls were brown with molds. Black terrible staff. - No Sugar🤷🏾‍♀️. - Parking light not enough to see the parking numbers - Light not bright enough. - I wasn’t given code for the main gate on time. Frustrating. No one explained the processes well. Can the security was friendly but not helpful.

The room was neat, simple, convenient. Really nice. There was hot water and it was clean. Was quite and peaceful. Near to the reserve

Very disappointed with the booking. I did notify the property that we would be checking in at between 7 and 8 pm. We got there at 8:05pm. Sadly they were not aware of our booking. 10 minutes later we were allowed in the boom gate and told to park at unit 839. 10 minutes later we were directed to unit 906 which was unmade, towels in the shower and no electricity. We were then directed to unit 27, walked all the way up and the codes for the lock didn't work. Eventually it was 9:20 pm and we were contemplating getting a refund and leaving. Violet tried to assist us and was courteous, did apologize a few times. However 1 1/5 hours just not acceptable for an express check in. If you have new staff they should be trained properly. The password for Netflix didn't even work, we did try calling Violet and the unit manager no assistance. Then it was loadshedding at 10pm, bed time. The room itself I could not fault, just the service really dampened our trip, taking into consideration we traveled from the Vaal after a day's work and was looking forward to some time out.
