Loved the location of the property and the modern style apartment.

The complex security procedure to gain entry and exit into the apartment.

Location.

House was not clean and was smelly upon arrival. Cutlery & coffee mugs were not adequate for 4 people. No Coffee, Sugar, Tea or even just a bottle of water in the fridge... There was a door leading to the next apartment in our apartment. We had to use some tissue to close the key whole to avoid seeing our neighbors and reduce smelling what they were cooking.

The unit is situated at a great location - easy access to everything.

The check in process was an absolute nightmare - especially since I tried to arrange everything beforehand. When we got there, we realised that this was not the case. What was communicated to us, was a different situation. Firstly, finding the correct security offices was difficult. Once we found the relevant security offices, they were not notified of our arrival. And the hosts did not answer their phones also. After an extremely long and emotional day spent at a funeral, this was a very frustrating process to still endure at 08:30pm. As we waited at security for at least 30-45mins. Once we got to the unit, we realised we had neighbours that could party till around 7am! Their conversations and music carried clearly into our unit. Inbetween the noisey neighbours and loud music being played from another unit (at around 7am) our stay at Pebbles Beach is definitely going to be once off. Im totally amazed at how security never once went over to these individuals to ask them to keep their noise levels down, yet, we had them come over to our unit to tell our kids to keep quiet. I definitely would not be booking at Pebble Beach again.
