Very Disappointing Experience We booked a one-night stay for our anniversary, expecting a premium, relaxing experience akin to Kol-Kol or Copia Eco Cabins, based on how this property advertises itself and its pricing. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. First, the information and photos online were misleading. We ended up in a tiny container cabin on a 35-degree summer day with no air-conditioning, despite photos and instructions showing one. Inside, the cabin was swarming with flies, and the empty Doom spray did nothing. We spent the afternoon outside waiting for the flies to dissipate and the cabin to cool down, but neither happened. We also struggled to start the Jacuzzi due to a lack of fire starters supplied. At that point, we almost left, but pushed through the night and checked out early the next morning. Several issues contradicted what was advertised: No air-conditioning (despite it being shown and described). No fireplace (essential for winter stays). No lounge space or couch, despite photos showing one. No pool (photos showed a tin/splash pool). No restaurant (no menu or info in rooms). Tiny bar fridge. A normal double bed, making movement in the tiny room difficult, especially walking to the bathroom. Inconsistent hot water in the kitchen, and no hot water in the shower the next morning. Lack of privacy, as we could hear and see neighbors. These cabins aren’t suitable for either summer (due to heat and lack of cooling) or winter (due to no fireplace). Overall, this experience felt more like budget camping in a metal box than the boutique eco-cabin getaway we were promised. We were very disappointed and won’t be returning.

We loved all the amenities, furnishings and especially the hot tub. Beds were comfy, showers were fabulous and views were captivating.

The fridge was a little small for 4 ppl over 3 nights - but the wine fridge helped!!

The views and the cabin was beautiful. There was a lot of privacy.

The bed wasn't too comfy, the hot tub water was dirty from the previous guests. The flies were irritating.

The set up and view was amazing

It was dirty. The showers was dirty and black, you could see blue bodywash on the walls from previous visitors. Dog hairs was still noted on the sheets and pillows on one of the beds. (Noted that I didn not bring my own dog in the end). Dust and cobwebs also noted everywhere. Didnt use hot tub or plunge pool, if the house isnt clean then i doubt the water was clean. Temps was 30+ degree, aircon also not working and also seemed quiet dirty. Old dirty water was left in the kettle, safe to say no coffee or tea was had the weekend.
