Well located with stunning views of the ocean

Some aspects looked a bit tired, like the kitchen, it needs a bit of tlc

Perfect location, parking provided, absolutely spotless clean and beautifully furnished

The location particularly the sea view from the outside balcony we watched awestruck as a pod of over 30 dolphins played out in the bay. Good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance we ate at the Kingfisher which was excellent and great value. Tea, coffee & milk were left for our use and the staff were friendly and helpful

Disappointingly the impressive view was not matched by the internal furnishings which let the apartment down including plastic chairs and the cheapest crockery eating and cooking utensils. The sound of chairs scrapping across tiled floors was continuous from 0630 onwards There is also noisy construction work taking place outside until July due to repairs to the sea wall

The first thing my partner said when we walked it in was, "Can we buy this place?". The location could not have been better. It is right on the bay. At night we watched the distant lights and during the day we had hours of fun watching the seals play and swim in the water. We did not want to leave our apartment!

Property just a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Several things broken or not working properly. Could do with some minor cosmetic work. No ventalation.

Lovely view from 1st floor. Private and safe. Undercover braai for rainy days. We had a wonderful stay for 7 days. Spacious and comfortable apartment and furniture.
