Easy to get to and clean. Quiet neighbours.

Too close to a busy road so its noisy especially during peak hours.

"Awesome appartment, made me concider moving to CPT and getting an appartment in the building."

The security guard was very helpfull.We accessed the keys without any hassle just ensure you have data and the app. The appartment was beautiful exactly like the pictures.The location was great close to lagoon beach and far enough from city noise.

Walking to the beach was trickier than expected, theres no gate leading to the beachfront. When requesting an uber the pick up location gets ubers lost so its best to request from the gate.

The view was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and clean

The shower door was too small. My partner who is paraplegic couldn’t use it. The were no extra sheets. 4 nights were too long to be sleeping in the same sheets. There were no extra garbage bags.

The property owner is a bad communicator and disorganised,there was no washing machine and we had to pay extra money for laundry room that is not operating
