- Okay'ish view of the mountain and Lagoon beach - Good water pressure in the shower

- Lights temperamental - One small fan that doesn't help in the heat - unable to cook because it was so hot in the apartment and with one fan it was not going to help in anyway. - bed side tables coming off the wall and exposed screws from an attempted fix that my partner cut her hand on it. - No proper balcony - Terrible smell from the lagoon - Main road is extremely loud and busy, you can't keep the sliding door open for fresh air - Had to keep all our windows closed for a strong smell of weed coming through - Couch is so uncomfortable, feels like you are sitting of wooden planks - No proper cushions on the couch - Yes it is beach facing, but the walk to the beach is 1.4km as you need to walk around - The washing machine and tumble dryer is in a small building in the corner on the property, not in the actual unit itself - WiFi is very unstable and it blocks certain pages. So if you trying to google attractions around Cape Town, it blocks site's which is not helpful. I couldn't even use the WiFi for checkers 60/60 or for MrD. It was way too slow. - Getting hold of the property telephonically was a nightmare. The lady who finally answered was extremely rude. We wanted to store our bags before check in as the advert allowed for this service but this was also a problem. The lady on the phone said we could check in but the person who I communicated with on booking.com had a different response. Trying to arrange an early book in a week before was such a mission (even though this is a service they supposedly offer if you arrange in advance) Will not stay here again.

Very noisy from the streets below. The apartment was not cleaned properly. The linen were dirty and blood on the duvet inner. The duvet inner was for a double bed and the bed was queen size. The furniture was sub standard and not what we've expected. I will never recommend this apartment to any friends or family. The photo's were excellent but misleading.
