Nothing, be warned this is not a hotel it is a flat

The owner of the room scammed us, this is not a hotel, those flat owned by individual who rent them out when they're not around we nearly died with two small kids on the street while the owner had rent the flat to other people who paid more money than us, mind you we pair R5400 yoooo I will never forget

This was a scam there was no booking when I arrived they said they don't know anything about this place had no place to sleep it whole loads of scam

Nothing there was no place it was a scam I couldn't get in had no place to stay it was just a scam

Did not get access to the flat tried over 1 hour to call owner cell on voicemail no alternative number had to book alternative place at the last minute waited over 3 hours to get another accommodation plz dnt book this place

Kings View is a big scam 😔😡😡

I didn’t sleep at the property, there is no intercom at the gate and the number that booking.com has for the place is not working I had to go book another place, can I please be refunded as the phones were not working and no one attended us by the gate

I liked that it's near the beach and shopping center

Every thing in the apartment is a mess: The fridge is not working the is no room service and the is no water. The host didn't pay back breakage fee till today he's not responding to my messages

Firstly this is the location I booked but the day before check in I was called by Mr Ndlovu who is supposedly the private owner he said he is changing my booking to a different accommodation which was now Santana. because he had a problem with the fridge in Kingsview. I would have opted for another accommodation but because it was last minute & it was too late for me to cancel and look for another accommodation I agreed and asked him to send me pictures of that new accommodation since it was not just me that was going there but my friends also had to see where we were now going. When we got there 1stly there was a back and forth about the keys and security did not have my details when that was finally sorted we got a surprise of our lives the apartment was filthy from the smelly kitchen to stained bathroom floors, windows, and beddings. We called the cleaning lady Zonke Mpengesi she said unfortunately she did her best trying to tidy up but the owner does not buy cleaning detergents she literally cleans with water and it's been months like that Same with bed linen. we then took pictures of everything that we were not happy with and sent them to Mr Ndlovu he acted surprised knowing very well that he contributed to all that, anyway we went to the shops we bought cleaning detergents and started scrubbing floors while we were on holiday we spent that entire evening cleaning and washing the fridge, the smell did not go away in the kitchen the next morning we started opening all the cabinets to look for where is that smell coming from only to find an old bread that has turned to all colours you could think off 🤮 again I took a picture and sent it to Mr Ndlovu he still played dumb. All mentioned above don't really matter what irritates me the most is my refund of R1100 which I've been asking for on my knees for a month now.. Mr Ndlovu ignores my text messages and drops my calls! ALL I ASK FOR IS MY REFUND
