The only good thing was the view of the ocean.

We booked in on 30 June at around 19h00. There was nobody to meet us at the property. We had to call them and waited a further 10 minutes for them to arrive. We checked in and was given a room on top of the property and had to climb a whole lot of stairs with our many bags. We were told that the unit will be serviced everyday and clean towels will be given. On Friday night we used some glasses. These were in the sink to be washed. When we got back to the room on Saturday afternoon, the unit was cleaned but the dirty glasses were still unwashed in the sink. On Sunday we left the unit early and upon arrival in the evening, the room was not cleaned and no clean towels were provided. We checked out on Monday. I realiesed that I had forgotten my cell phone charger in the room and called the property on Tuesday morning. I spoke to Sibiniso and he confimred that he will go up to the room and check for the charger but he did mention that nobody had checked into that room. He promised to call me back that day. I did not hear from him so I called them on Thursday. I was told by Kaylan that they did not find the charger and that Sibiniso was off on that day. I called again this morning and I was told that Sibinsio is still off. I was also told by Kaylan that if I want to lodge a complaint I can go ahead and do it and basically they don't give a damn. I also requested the number of the owner, Tash. I was given the number and tried calling her but she did not answer my call. I cannot believe that booking.com is affiliated with this property. My stay there was a nigtmare. They are unprofessional and unhelpful. I will not recommend this property to anyone. Very disappointed.

The parking needs to be better booked, and noise levels of other guests was horrible.

I never Checked in as I could not find reception, the contact person was not available after arranging I'll be checking in late due to long travelling. This resulted in additional cost as I needed to find other accommodation 10:30pm at night. They are also refusing to assist in some kind of way in compensating for bad service.

Room booked for us was not to the specification of the booking confirmed.We did stay at the hotel as the room that was allocated was beyond attrocious. The staff was extremely racist , rude and very arrogant

We were told that the refund will be processed. And am still waiting
