The location and view are stunning. Lots of activities to do in Simon’s Town.

The location is perfect, a short hop from Simons Town cafes and restaurants and even closer to Boulders Beach for the penguins. Outstanding views from the front of the house. The weather was really windy when we stayed so unfortunately we could not use the lovely pool and deck. Had it been less windy we are sure we would have loved it.

The directions on Booking.com wrongly put the address as Ixia Street. This confused our sat nav as it was actually Ixia Crescent.

We wanted a relaxing holiday, away from the city centre and this is what Whale Rock offers. Although reaching the centre of Cape Town is only a 45 minute drive there was enough to keep us entertained within easy reach of here. The accommodation is superb with everything one needs for a self catering stay. Supermarkets are only 10 minutes away as are lovely local beaches which are safe for swimming. Cape Point National Park is on your doorstop as is lovely Simons Town and Kalk Bay is only a 20 minute drive. We can't recommend staying here any higher. It offered us a wonderful holiday with absolutely nothing to moan about! Wonderful hosts made us feel extremely welcome.

Beautiful sea view , close to the beach. Loved watching the Sugar Birds feeding Isaac was welcoming and friendly

Beautiful apartments with a private pool and magnificent views of the ocean. The location is very convenient. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, a gas stove, which is important during a power outage. The owner is wonderful and responsive. You will receive advice on any issue. This is the place where you want to return.
