Ducks Nest

We had a fantastic stay at Ducks Nest. Very close to the Malelane Gate to the Kruger so we did not need to wake up early at all for our 6am safari!

We like everything!

Beautifully furnished, private and spacious.

Very neat & cosy gem with a lovely and peaceful garden and a friendly warm welcome from Joy and her husband.

Only 1 bathroom

Joy and Allan very hospitable Resident pet dog, Fudge, big hit with the kids Inverter a big bonus.

An excellent secure location for visiting shops and for accessing Kruger. A lovely spacious comfortable holiday home with a lovely warm clean swimming pool in attractive private garden. Very good kitchen and large fridge. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay.

We liked everything and if we ever return to Malelane we would hope to return to Ducks Nest.

So welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful and friendly. So safe and secure. Didn't even complain to me, when they were woken up by me setting the alarm off.

Best location

If they had 2 bathroom or separate toilet l,I suggest they put lace curtains also on der windows as during the day ders no privacy once u open their current curtains or change to blinds

The host kept checking on us before arrival if we were ok and making sure that we got the location right. They made sure that we had someone welcoming us irrespective of how late we got there.
