Loved the view and kitchen

The view from the room is amazing. The room is clean and functional. The wifi and TV was great.

The parking is a bit dodgy. The reception is not 24-hour:(. The security guard "checked us out" and said he was not sure if the receptionist would be in.

Nothing I regret coming there,they scammed us R500 deposit that we were supposed to get it back ,we didn't damage anything or steal anything, but they didn't return it back I have all the proof,am so pissed off.

Now they're coming with excuses , we are angry they didn't give us our deposit then we left with no deposit,he's creating stories for that just because we asked him how does the stove work, their stove before it could work you have to switch the oven first while we didn't know and we on the arrival we didn't find anyone to help us even the host we didn't find him when we ask how to operate the stove he told us someone is coming to help us then he gave the other lady the phone to speak with us then we told her that the we cant operate the stove then we called her with a video call for proof then she told us to switch on the oven plug first then switch on the stove plugs for stove to work then after she saw that the stove on then by the time she called the technician the stove was already working and we told her and she saw that the stove is working also instead of cancel the technician to come she didn't tell him anything ,when the technician arrives we had a nice friendly chat with him telling him the stove is now working we didn't know how to switch it on ,the was no service served then he lift without teaching anything the Technician was very friendly and he didn't want anything from us , now the host refused to give us our money hes saying we have to pay him when we call the technician to confirm that the technician says no service was provided we don't have to pay him we are visitors we were supposed to ask how things work since we didn't get any assistance, so the host is scamming us .

Cramped for a family

I liked that the place was clean. From outside it looked doubtful however once inside the unit we saw everything was in order

The Reception could do with a friendlier person

I loved everything about the property the view 🥹🔥
