We felt like home at Boris and Cherie’s place! Their beautiful garden, thoughtful decor, and cozy atmosphere made our stay truly special. Somerset West was the perfect base for exploring Franschhoek, Stellenbosch, and Hermanus, and coming back to this peaceful retreat each evening was a delight. There’s a Romanian saying: “Omul sfințește locul”—“The person blesses the place.” And that couldn’t be more true here. Boris and Cherie’s warmth and hospitality made all the difference. We would return in a heartbeat!

Nice and spacious. Clean, Private and secure with good parking. I was also upgraded to a bigger suite due to my longer stay, without even asking. Hosts very professional and approachable and always make sure everything is in order.
