The apartment was not available to accommodate us on our arrival nobody helped us and we slept on the street, couldn't reached on fone and no one told us about unavailability had to borrow money to book another accomodation a day after

Não gostei de nada, porque apenas fizemos reserva e pagamento via banco e chegado ao local o proprietário não atendeu o telefone e nem respondia nosso email ficamos fora e perdemos nosso dinheiro até hoje não rebolsou e um vizinho de tal apartamento disse que é habitual isso que o senhor é um burla porque esse AP está ocupado a mais de 1 ano.Esse AP não existe burla burla é um ladrão esse senhor estragou a nossa viagem

Não tem nada para gostar, porque não existe AP é burla não façam reservas nesse sítio porque vão ficar na rua e vão perder dinheiro é ladrão esse senhor ou senhora

Don't ever book these place, it's a scam. We booked in June for 27-29 September 2024 and when we arrived for check in at 15:00 the owner kept saying they are coming with the keys until it was at night we were stranded with my friends and had to look for another place to stay, our money gone like that.

The place doesn’t exist… ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!

We didn't even meet the staff the place is there but they do not offer any accommodation we were scammed. We called the owner after I saw a message telling me to cancel via booking.com. He promised to call us back but never comes back, nor would he even answer any calls after that. Thanks to a man who saw us stranded on the road and offered help with him. We were going to sleep on the street. Booking.com must remove such people here

It was nice as displayed on their website

The sheets were not clean. It's like they had bed bugs because one would get bitten by something while sleeping, and the bed was nog comfortable at all. They need to upgrade their furniture, especially the beds and the couch. The whole place needs fumigation as there are cockroaches in the kitchen and spider webs, and the ceiling fan is so dusty.

The property didn't refund me the money for breakage fee, even thou we did not break anything, my host doesn't not answer my calls with regards to that, I am not happy at all.

I was asked to pay an additional breakage deposit of R1,100 with the promise that it would be refunded after inspection. I left the place just as I found it nothing damaged or broken. I checked on the refund the day after check-out and was told it would be processed in 14 days, it's has been 20 days and I have not received my refund and I cannot get hold of anyone my messages are never responded to. I am at my wits end dealing with this host.
