"Black mould room"

Nothing. Will not book there in future and will recommend people also not to book there. In future I will not even attempt to book guesthouses through booking.com as photos and ratings are not a fair reflection of what you get!!

The smell in the room from excessive black mould on ceilings and walls. Broken cupboard doors, curtains not properly hung, no mirror in the bedroom. Ceiling fan cords extended with pieces of fabric. When I called the owner and told her that I cannot stay here due to the severe smell in the room from the black mould, she told me that she will give me a full refund and that I should leave the key in the post box when leaving. She did even attempt to help in seeking alternative accommodation at 21h00 at night for me. I had to call all over Pretoria, an area I am not familiar with, to find accommodation for the night.
