Odendaal's Ridge

New house at the edge of the Clarens Nature reserve - stunning location but its helpful to have a car to go in and out of the centre of the village - a couple of teething issues (doors not closing properly or difficult and door handles not correctly installed) but otherwise really comfortable and pleasant.

Bit unclear that there are 2 large apartments (groundfloor and first floor) and one small one - otherwise it might be possible to ask for the top or bottom apartment ... depending on your choice and their availabilty.

Quiet area with excellent view.

The security lights at night were bright and lit up the entire apartment which made it difficult to sleep.

The cottage was clean,environment pleasant and welcoming,well equipped kitchen was able to cook our own meals overall we enjoyed our stay ☺️we will be most definitely coming back soon😉

Wifi was on and off and dstv was not connected had it fixed but went offline again No aircon🥺no provision was made for eg a fan

Scenery excellent, accommodation lovely.

The property is at a great location. The Mountain View was great. A clean unit with everything one would need for a self catering place. That’s our new destination…
