The place was very clean. There were enough appliances to assist with what I wanted to do. The place is very quiet and calm. The beds are very comfortable.

There was nothing that I did not like, everything was up to stanard.

"Disgraced by hosts who scam guests out of damage deposit"

The location

The host and his wife were extremely unethical, invaded our privacy by entering our studio while we were out for the morning, made their way through the apartment and opened window and moving things around.. felt extremely violated and disrespected.... We told them that we were checking out due to this and they have now decided to not pay back out R2000 damage deposit of which nothing was damaged, in fact I cleaned the studio and gave it back spring clean to the T!! Not even a dirty spoon in the sink.. This is apparently not the first time they're doing this... They ask this deposit of R2000 outside their billing payment on booking.com which I find extremely weird and DO NOT STATE ON BOOKING.COM THAT A "BREAKAGE DEPOSIT OF R2000 WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL AFTER INITIAL PAYMENT ON BOOKING.COM". ONLY AFTER BOOKING THE STUDIO YOU GET AN MESSAGE THAT THIS FEE IS TO BE PAID BEFORE CHECK-IN. Highly disappointed and frustrated and don't recommend anyone paying that deposit because you will not get it back!!
