Close to shops

On arrival the apartment was still dirty, the toilet and basin was dirty and the bin smelled extremely bad. The fridge was off and took almost half the day to get cold, this was a problem as my husband's insulin needed to go in a fridge. There was still a dirty dish in the microwave from whenever.
