1-bedroom apartment with secure basement parking

Bed was sagging and very uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on couch.

NOTHING!!Craig met us outside the dilapidated property. The property was disgusting! This a false advertising. It was dirty and had a horrible smell. We didn’t want sit or touch anything. The photos on the website is deceiving! The building is in an unsafe area! We didn’t stay there. We handed the keys back to Craig on Friday afternoon and arranged alternative accommodation!

This is by far the most horrible booking we’ve ever made! It is a scam! We cannot see anyone staying in that disgusting dilapidated building, room and area!! The bathroom is so bad - we would never use a bathroom like that! The flat was disgustingly dirty, had a bad smell and was 1.9km’s from the MAIN street where all the action happens. It is also not safe to walk from the flat to the main street! Again - this must be a scam! I would like our money back! We handed the keys on Friday afternoon(8 Nov) to Craig, informing him that we will not stay 1 night in that disgusting unit! We booked into an alternative place for the weekend.

The house itself and the area

The accommodation was in close proximity to the Stellenbosch university where I had to attend a conference. It is a very safe space for a family. And well furnished. Jonathan was really helpful.

The hosts went out of their way to help with a romantic setup for my boyfriend's birthday and our anniversary! Loved the basement parking, felt much safer than leaving the vehicle on the street.

The shower takes a long time to get hot, but if you let it run for a while, the temp is really nice.
