It was cost and just perfect for my family. It had two tidy bathrooms. The ornaments added a homely touch to the unit

The TV didn't work. The linen was quiet stained. The front door could not open.

The location and scenery are beautiful, the river and the forest like surroundings were amazing.

The unit has an old South America mansion deco which would have been lovely However, the unit itself needs lots of maintenance, and the ensuit bathroom is no ventilation, so the main bedroom is damp, and mold is starting to build up. The TV and the kettle are not working, and the kitchen sink is blocked. The zircon remote is not working, and the lounge patio door is broken. If owners maintain this unit, it could be so beautiful, and lots of people would want to stay there

Location was great and peaceful

On arrival I informed owner that the lounge doors that open up to the veranda key was broken in the bunch that was handed to us by security. She promised to send through someone first thing in the morning which we waited for the entire trip and could not access the veranda. The bedroom that lead to the veranda had no latch to hold door in place when locked and could open freely even when locked. This made my family’s stay very uncomfortable knowing that anyone could enter our apartment and steal our belonging when we were not there. Please make sure all your apartments that you offer are inspected and the security measures are taken to make our bookings and holidays safe and memorable

Place was very quiet

The problem was the unit need some maintenance, Television was not working, some of the doors was locked we failed to unlock them, no toilet paper at least on arrival there should be toilet papers we asked them to the neighbors 😭

It’s was close to places we wanted to go

It’s was not clean Their sinks was not working They didn’t provide us with iron aswell
