Just the location

The WiFi was down, so the TV was not working, no soap or shampoo or anything to use to shower.

Unit is clean

Needs maintenance on few items. Secondly why say the unit has an aircon if you not going to provide a remote??. I ironing board defective. Bathroom light not working, side bed lights no 2 pin plug provided. These are maintenance issues

The location is amazing very nice atmosphere

What i did not like is that there were no lights in the bathroom and the linen for sofa bed was dirty. No access cards to use when you want to enter the pool or gym or even going inside the lifts we had to ask security guards all the time.

Beautiful 🤞, cosy and great location

Keybox locker a bit harder to open. You have to go to the gate to collect deliveries because they are not allowed inside. A bit of a hassle but safety is more important I guess.
