very clean and true to description. the helper on site is super sweet.

Wi-Fi was unavailable and whenever we requested a code it was met with frustration and assumptions that we were attempting to break the rules. it was also insinuated that we were not staying in the house even though we had just gone out for drinks. unfortunately a misunderstanding in communication led to voices being raised towards me and was told she’d have security escort us out if we didn’t come home. we weren’t aware we were not allowed to have a visitor nor were we aware that we could be told we’d be kicked out for sleeping out even though we paid for our room. it was quite confusing to be told security would kick us out if we passed out at a friends house. great home but unfortunately the misunderstandings clouded the experience.

It was home away from home indeed 🥰 our host was more like of a mommy she was more concerned with our happiness and wanted us to explore Zimbali. The weather wasn’t too great she prolonged our stay for us to still have fun and go to the beach. It was beyond value for money I enjoyed the quietness of the area. We had easy access to valley of the pools and the beach.
