Bed and linen were excellent. bed was very comfortable. room was clean.

it’s old and the kitchens and bathrooms, while clean and ok, are very old and just ok. the outside of the property is in poor condition.

Inside the place was good. I can see that the guys are really trying to give good service.

I entered through the back which wasn’t a good sight. Felt like I was entering a rural African country.

We arrived there after sunset where at first worried about it because it looked very dark and suspicious but we were welcomed by friendly people and were pleasantly surprised by the plain and very clean facility very comfortable bed and hot water. When we woke up the next morning we were again met by the friendly hosts and we left pleased that we could support a very poor family who went out their way to give us a good over night stay with the little means to their disposal. All we can say keep it up and we wish you many more customers so that you may refurbish your facility to what you invisage.

Place was neat and staff is helpful. The area itself seems to be safe

The water was cold

Could not find it, thought it was a,scam, no signage, looked like shack from outside, nearly left . The hosts very nice, know the business, went out of their way

Put signage on, have someone avalable to give key and clean up entrance, really looked very bad, honestly, but one inside prestine, nice surprise

Room was comfortable, heated, kitchen facilities adequate, bathroom OK. Covered parking inside the property.

Water was only available when the pump activated by staff. There was NO water from 10pm, NO water in the morning. Only 1 bath towel was supplied, 3 hand towels & no kitchen cloths. The Toilet became blocked & was unusable in the morning. Kettle tripped kitchen plugs so had to be used in the bedroom. Toaster plug didn't fit the adapter. There was no table at which to eat a meal prepared in this self-catering unit. Noise from staff family in the room adjacent to our bedroom (separated only by a locked door) was unacceptable. Staff seemed to have left the premises early in the morning, were not seen or heard.
