Sea Views at High Tide 1803

The VIEW was amazing. The weather wasn't so great but being indoors wasn't all that bad thanks to the Netflix connection.

The location, sea view and the cleanliness of the apartment.It's modern very beautiful and spacious.

The bedding. It's not a big deal but It can be improved.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was really close to the beach. Free WiFi and Netflix were included.

We booked this property and the advert said it had 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a futon, for 5 adults. Unfortunately the bed for the 5th adult was a blow up mattress instead of the futon that was advertised. The bathroom doors were really old and did not offer any privacy.

The view was exceptional . The sunset and sunrise was the best sight ever.

The apartment was infested with roaches. There was a very damp smell in the bedrooms. The main bedroom had a cupboard that stored the brooms and mop. The window frames were dirty. Roaches crawled all over the kitchen We had to phone Jenny to ask for insecticide. The lounge set was terribly hard and uncomfortable.Jenny did apologise and say that the apartment was fumigated but apparently not...if so..why were there so many roaches..it was really a nightmare. Jennys apology did not do justice for what was experienced there over the weekend. We felt that we had to live in a very unhygienic environment. We always book at high tide but used 1803 for the first time and was highly disappointed as we did not get value for money. No compensation was even attempted. Never going back to 1803

We loved the view as well as the fact that the place had Netflix. The place is also close to Galleria Mall so it was convenient for us to buy food.
