Location, private gate, privacy Staff friendliness and the owner was available when needed. The solar helped with lights and wifi during loadshedding.

The monkeys too busy and having to close doors and windows, the owner did warn and it's not within her control. They should keep umbrella in rooms.

Everything was so neat and tidy. Felt like a home away from home. I love the extra bits of attention and care left to whoever is staying. Like the apple juice in the fridge and milk that's not in a little box. Plus the rusks and the plunger coffee. There's Netflix and YouTube as well. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The shower was amazing!! Brigette is such a great person and so very sweet. We were fortunate enough to meet her before leaving and she even offered us to stay longer of we liked as she didn't have a booking for this night. Definitely going back 😁

Everything was amazing! No complaints at all!

The studio apartment was completely private with your own parking. It was very clean and neat and there was enough space to make it feel like your own home. The parking space fits one large SUV very comfortably. The king size bed was comfortable. Lovely rain shower which was amazing. Fast WiFi, Netflix and YouTube was available. The apartment was close to all major shopping centres in Umhlanga and about 2 mins to the major north and south coast offramps. Our host, Brigitte, was very friendly and responsive yet completely respected our privacy.

Nothing really

We really enjoyed the privacy of the venue. We were able to come in and out as we pleased which made our trip much easier. The hot water was amazing which was much appreciated especially since we were travelling for a while. The host was wonderful and communication was great. Extra plus, we weren't affected by load shedding:) this was the cherry on top
