The location of the apartment was good, very central and the views from the 20th floor across to Bo Kaap, Signal Hill and Green Point are excellent. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable and suited our needs for a city centre stay. There were lots of restaurants nearby and we were within walking distance of most of the main areas of touristic interest.

The security seemed somewhat over the top with facial and fingerprint recognition required for entrance and exit. It didn't even work correctly so the staff would just open the gate anyway, a bit farcical really. The apartment was a bit smaller than we expected judging from the photos and it was a bit lacking in some basics in the kitchen, for example nothing at all in the fridge or any condiments etc. There was no touristic information regarding recommendations for visits or restaurants. I guess you could say that it was all a bit impersonal albeit very efficient and professional.

Something wrong with the bed's pillows because both of us had numbness feeling during a sleep. AC air was not good also.

Property was just like described. Well maintained and very clean. Attention to detail was appreciated, the appliances were all working perfectly and there was enough kitchen items to make meals. The view of Cape Town was incredible with sunsets making it even more special. No complaints, would stay again anytime.

Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is that the shower door be resealed as there is a gap between the panels that allows water to come through which makes the bathroom floor wet.
