A brilliant location, very accessible with fully equipped kitchen with modern, comfortable furnishings. Easy to walk straight into the shopping centre for cafes, groceries etc. Private parking that is security gated. Incredible views across the bay, to Robben Island but also Table Mountain if you step out on the deck. Nice tall ceilings and a feeling of bright, white space with plenty of fresh air.

There wasn't any washing liquid for the washing machine

The bathtub taps need fixing. ( The bath/shower control is damaged) it spills water
