Man and Dog Log Cabin

The place has the potential to be a really nice place. It is pet friendly and has a fenced of area ( which could do with filling some gaps) the pool is in a nice spot a couple meters away from the cabin (needs to be maintained though). Overall it's not a bad place but needs some serious TLC and a staff change.

There were a few issues with in the property, like broken tiles in the bedrooms and a broken mirror in one bathroom. The door lock on the sliding door was very loose, the toilet flush was broken. The taps in the kitchen were leaky.. Toilet flush and taps fixed next day. The is a crack in main bedroom window which was covered with silicone, the banister leading up the stairs to the front door broke when I leaned on it., could have done some serious damage to myself, luckily I did not hurt myself on the nail that ended up sticking out., the pool was not very clean, we had to give it a brush the first day we were there when we went to swim, they did do a half job cleaning the third day we were there. By managers own admission she said the wood had been eaten by termites. The owner Dorothy and her manager Khesani unwillingness to help with most of the issues was very much less than what should have been done. No offer of a refund of any sort, not even a discount or and apology was offered. Point blank refused. Due to staff attitudes and unwilling to help resolve our complaints, I would not recommend anyone stay there. It's a pity as it does have the potential to be a really nice place. It was close to our tinman venue, 2 bathrooms, clean room

There was no board or signs on the gate showing it's the place, we went into a random place at first. There are two rooms but only one was made, and the other room had a matrass in, they should really advertise it as 2 rooms, another room was locked. We couldn't use the garage as it was used for storage There was no tv in the living room but there was a dstv decoder, garden isn't kept to neatly,

Tranquil location suitable for both business and leisure. I just loved it.

Nothing really, the cabin was an exceptionally unique experience.

The cabin was spacious and well equipped. We need to get going early to partake in tinman which is just down the road, no early rush
