Walking distance from V&A Waterfront. Close to restaurants, cafés and otjer conveniences. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Hosts respond immediately to requests. One of the best I've stayed in.

As mentioned in earlier reviews, there is indeed a problem with water pressure in the shower. The water wasn't draining from the sink in the bathroom.

Останавливаюсь тут уже второй раз. И остановлюсь еще. Спасибо хозяину, всё очень удобно при заселении. Консьерж очень вежлив. Сама студия отличная, светлая, всё сделано по уму. Есть посудомойка, стиралка, посуда, большой холодильник. Балкон и вид на гору. Ранней весной немного холодно, в октябре уже нормально. Напор в душе слабоват, но не критично . В студии чувствуешь себя как дома. Расположение супер. Рядом супермаркет. ДО набережной минут 10-15 пешком. На такси обратно вечером 5 мин. НЕдалеко от аппартов есть кафешки, рестораны, бургерная , пекарня с великолепными круассанами и итальянский гастроном.

Все отлично.

I went there for the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon, it was close to the stadium where the start line is, it was also close to V&A, the property is clean, the host is very friendly and the service is excellent.

Very clean, modern, good location!!! Great place to stay for a couple of nights.

I've read the reviews with regards to the low water pressure in the shower, hoping it's not that bad... it was terrible. (I was unable to wash my hair as I would not have been able to rinse out the conditioner.) Water pressure in all other taps was good. Bed needs a new mattress, not comfortable at all.
