"Very Good"

It was close to the N1 Netcare Hospital, which was convevient.

It was very hot and we had to sleep with windows and curtains open to relieve the heat.

"The property is secured, but need to improve! Can’t cook myself"

- very Old TV, need to replace by smart tv - the floor in wood need to be replaced - Fan in the bathroom doesn’t work - the one window is heavy to pull up and doesn’t have lock - replace the door Lock - improve the light
