The facilities are great

No aircon or fans at all. Security is difficult to register, and face recognition doesn't work at all gates. After a long drive, it was the last thing I had energy for. Then we had to go buy a fan because it was very hot

The place is very clean, The beds are comfortable, The Wi-Fi The Patio And the fact that we don't pay anything extra for access to the lagoon, the host is communicative, gives all the information, you won't even have to call him..

Absolutely Nothing

The location is beautiful, especially the Lagoon side. Security seems very much up to standard. The restaurant menu is great, and the prices are worth the effort. The WiFi at the apartment was great.

Check in was a letdown. We didn't get necessary details on time. Our apartment was not ready for occupancy at around 4pm when we arrived. We ended up having to have a very lengthy conversation with the owner after out host disappeared on us. We only managed to have the dignity of the apartment restored around 820pm, at least the owner bought us dinner while we waited for the apartment to be brough to acceptable levels of cleanliness. Some neighbours are noisy, so we had nights where we had to bear with the noise in order to keep sane. It didn't feel like a holiday. It felt like we were visiting a relative in an apartment building. If we had a choice (it was a payment non refundable kind of booking), we would have cancelled our boking on the very first day. The main bedroom smells of mold and the beds are sunken. The towels and dish cloths were not clean enough, we even had to buy our own dish cloths. We also has a stray dog at the door of our apartment and it was a nuisance for days. General communication the place in as far as what to expect is concerned could be better.

The host was great, everything was sorted on his side, the place was amazing.

The security at the place are not helpful at all. . They do not assist with anything and can't answer simple questions. Very frustrating to get any information out of any of them. The security company should train their staff how to handle guests.

The cost, location, size, and utilities were great.

We were there during their winter (July) and the provided heater was not good enough for the size of the apartment. It was too cold to stay. Also, the back up generator did not work, so we were impacted by the national power outage.

the fact that the host was very helpful and you can get hold of him at anytime

it’s not cleaned properly, no welcome tea,coffee,sugar. we ran out of toilet paper as 1 was put in each bathroom🙃we were sis and didn’t have enough cutlery …etc

the restaurant was ill equipped and 70% of whatever we ordered was not available
