The biggest compliment goes to Nicholas the very professional and helpful security guard on duty from 10-12 November during the day. We came with extra toilet paper based on the reviews but we had more than enough and didn't need to use ours Great security at the complex which is very important 2 covered car parks tho we only used 1

None of the negative feedback takes away from the awesome time that we had at this amazing establishment Faulty bathroom doors in both bedrooms The advertised back up for loadshedding didn't work on our last night we were in the dark on Sunday evening and had to walk 5 flights of stairs but that was good exercise after coming from a tree trail adventure Pick up and drop keys in a different location from the accommodation and for some reason the GPS couldn't locate the place on our way out, thus delayed for 25 minutes but that's not the owner's fault. The email from the owner says key dropped at location except by arrangement, but she wouldn't accept any other arrangements Having booked more than 100 places on Booking.com this was a negative for me. I've never had to pick keys elsewhere. Pillows in the smaller bedroom were the most uncomfortable I've ever used and hard & I had to use the cushions in the lounge

Cleaner comes at 9am every day, we wanted to have big lay ins on holiday, so it wasn't great and impacted our ability to relax.
