The place was safe, my kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was close to the place

The place was full of hair, in the beds and in the kitchen even on the dishes. We are not sure if the linen was changed before we arrived because even on the pillow cases there was hair. We also experience water shading. This morning water was not coming out from the shower, so we left without bathing. I was so disappointed .

The place was secured, close to the beach. It was clean and neat.

The last two nights we did not know exactly what was going on, but when we were sleeping we felt like things were biting us. I think if they can change their mattress & the couch.
