The apartment is well located, close to the boardwalk, beaches and nice restaurants.  The swimming pools and the garden are beautiful and well maintained.  Good entertainment options: streaming services are available on the large-scaled TV set. The host provides detailed information about everything one needs to know before arrival and during the stay. The main bedroom can be well darkened with tight curtains.

The appartment urgently needs renovation. As far as the interior is concerned, the pictures shown on Booking.com are far away from reality.  It's pretty dark inside, nonetheless one can see that several surfaces are dusty and greasy. The wardrobes are unusable due to moisture damages and dirt.  The textiles (bed linen, towels) were used up, full of stains and smelling musty. Dish towels weren' t available at all, the dishcloth was so dirty, that we avoided touching it.  Air condition is not available in the bedrooms, they are equipped with fans, which make the impression that they are close to falling apart.
