The view was breathtaking!

The staircase is VERY steep! We could not sit at the built table below at the braai area, as it was covered in ants (from the Ivy growing over it) and we had to use the camping chairs, however we had to sit in the sun as there is no shade /umbrella downstairs. The Wifi was close to non existent and we struggled all weekend to get signal. The Loft is advertised “Pool view” & “Pool with a view” which made me believe that there was a pool at the loft, however this was not the case. My mistake i guess. One can not even see the “shared” pool from the loft. The loft itself is beautiful, but tall people need to take care as the ceiling is very low at some places and my husband hit his head a few times. The bed is also quite hard & we did not sleep well. On the Saturday afternoon we tried to take a nap, only to find that a group of people were doing a tasting below us and right outside our window. Needless to say we did not get to sleep.

We are so glad to have discovered this hidden gem of tranquility. Breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A peaceful spot if you need serenity. Good for the soul! A lovely cottage with everything you need - a mosquito net, a fireplace, lovely ambience.

The cottage was well-appointed with everything we needed. The hosts thought of everything.

Farmstay close to town in a beautiful wine country setting. Secure undercover parking, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable room and very friendly and accomodating hosts. Several walking trails on the farm and an inviting swimming pool if the weather is good.
